an ever-growing collection of apparel for an up-and-coming streetwear brand.
as the owner of bad apple studio, i act as the creative director for everything the company does. i am in charge of the brand identity of the company, as well as the fashion designers, social media posts, monthly collections, photography, and website designs. owning your own brand comes with immense freedom to design as you wish, which has been an extraordinary opportunity for me. it also comes with a new set of challenges—such as growing your audience; overseeing the designs, marketing, and finance; and ensuring your brand is portrayed in a consistent manner, and more. being the owner and creative director of bad apple studio since 2020 has pushed me to grow—as both a creative thinker, a business owner, and a designer—in ways i could never imagine.
i defined a clean and crisp brand identity for the company, with a color palette of primarily black and white with red accents here and there. as a streetwear brand, the brand focuses on dynamic designs, texture and colors, typography, and hierarchy throughout its branding, packaging, and apparel designs. the monthly apparel releases feature a large range of colors, designs, and illustrations. all of the clothing speaks to an unique and powerful topic. the intent of each collection is to bring people together by promoting love and equality, while simultaneously empowering people to be themselves
