end of year gifting

graphic designer, illustrator, website designer

a series of gifts for employees to celebrate the end of the year, featuring packaging, print, apparel and product designs.

this project features a clean and bold design, shown through thick text, color blocking, and a bright color palette. the designs are shown on various packaging, print materials, and misc. products included in the gift package—apparel, drinkware, baby toys and a onesie, stickers, socks, and a cozy blanket. the package was sent to hundreds of employees. this client has an nda with brilliant, and therefore their information cannot be shared.

as the sole designer working on this project, i focused on colors, color blocking, and layout. i wanted to create a pattern that felt simple, bold, and enticing, while also being complimentary to the blocky serif logo font. the branding on these products featured brightly-colored logos on products, as well as stacked logos to replicate the redundancy of the client’s name and color palette. the pattern i create was shown on bellybands, a custom mailer, and notecards. it was also featured on the client’s preferred gifting (pg) page, custom size chart for recipient’s to reference, and email design. the most challenging aspect of this project was creating a design that could be functional on both apparel, web assets, and print materials.

the work included: graphic design, illustration, print design, web design, & final mock-ups
