a custom product gifting page, e-commerce storefront, and email produced to give back to its employees.
this project was sent out to hundreds of employees at an innovative, modern company as a way to give back to their employees. one of the most humbling aspects of projects like these was seeing how much our clients care about the well-being of their employees. please note, the client in this project is nda-protected. therefore, the final designs shown in this project have been altered—such as a placeholder company name and (some) alternative copy—in order to protect and respect their identity.
this custom product gifting (pg) page i created includes ui/ux design and light amounts of coding, as well as the creation of a custom background for the site and banner graphics. employees also received an email directing them to the pg page to select their gift, which i designed. later on, we released their company store which had a variety of apparel and merchandise for employees to purchase as they please.
overall, this project was one of my favorites out of all the product gifting pages and storefronts i designed over the years, solely due to the fact that the client’s brand guidelines were a blast to work with. they had a narrow color palette—consisting of black, dark grey, white, and orange—and only utilized one, maybe two, typefaces ever. but with that being said, they had an extraordinary aesthetic that was minimalistic yet bold and clean. so, i really enjoyed working on this project because it allowed me to think outside the box to try to find new designs that felt new and exciting. i wanted to create something that was different and cool, something i would love to see as an employee, so that’s what i did. luckily, the client loved it too.
the work included: graphic design, ui/ux design
note: the real client for this project is protected out of respect for an existing nda. the client’s name and content copy has been altered.
